Diplococci in a smear

Question: Diplococci in a smear found, no complaints there and never was, smears his wife were normal, she, too, without complaint. Within two years, no other contact with me, nor my wife was not. Gonorrhea

Answer: Hello! Smear is not enough for diagnosis, lack of complaints may be due to the presence of a latent form. Diplococci detected in the smear is not always a sign of gonococcal infection. I recommend to you a more detailed examination.
